COVID-19 coronavirus update

We understand that this is a worrying time and we’re continuing to monitor the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely.

We have successfully reintroduced a number of services, including work in empty (void) properties, communal works, gas servicing, grounds maintenance, external fencing and repairs and cleaning in communal areas.

We began a phased return to our construction sites in May. All sites are now open. We have limited the number of staff on each site to ensure the safety of our teams and the wider community.

From 1 June, we are planning to restart our day-to-day repairs service. Health and safety remains our top priority and we will continue to adhere to Government advice around social distancing. Operatives will be given PPE and have received enhanced health and safety guidance to ensure their safety and the safety of residents.

This situation is changing daily, and we are constantly reviewing our procedures to ensure that we’re doing the right thing by our clients, staff and local residents. We have consulted with and will continue to consult with our staff and have produced a health and safety guidance note in relation to our practices around covid-19, that will be updated and shared with staff.
