We have been awarded the new Investors in People Gold and Health and Wellbeing standard.
Staff from the organisation filled in surveys and took part in interviews with assessors as part of a rigorous assessment to grade the organisations commitment to its employees.
Our work to improve employee’s health and wellbeing was also recognised and awarded. We recently announced our partnership with mental health charity, Chasing the Stigma, which will see all staff across the business attend a mental health awareness course.
We will retain the grading, which demonstrates a commitment to values, personnel development and social responsibility, for the next three years.

“The assessors were very complimentary about our management style in their report. They also commented on the loyalty and togetherness throughout the team, from operatives to directors.
“We will continue to work hard and ensure that we invest in our people, helping them reach their personal goals, develop their skills and maintain a happy work/life balance.”

The prestigious accreditation is recognised across the world as a mark of excellence and high performance through people.
