We’re delighted to hand over two new apartment blocks in Liverpool, bringing 34 new and affordable homes to the area.
Lister Gardens is an art-deco inspired, five storey steel frame apartment building, containing 20 two and three bedroom apartments. This stunning building features wrap-around balconies, lift access to each floor, beautifully landscaped communal gardens and allocated car parking.
Pavilion Point is a three storey building containing 14 two bedroom apartments, each with a large balcony.
Both development sites were closed at the start of lockdown and reopened in May under strict health and safety measures.
Gill Kelly, Managing Director of M&Y Maintenance and Construction, said: “We’re really proud of these new developments and are delighted to hand them over. Our number one priority has always been the health safety of our people, so we reopened our sites with their wellbeing at the front of our minds. Watching these buildings rise out of the ground and transform into the beautiful apartment blocks they are now is always an incredible feeling. I’m sure those moving in will be very happy in their new homes.”
