New boundary walls for residents

We’ve completed a 12-month project to bring the exterior of homes in Oldham up to date.

In November 2017, M&Y Maintenance and Construction began removing old boundary fencing and hedges from 250 homes on the Limehurst estate in Oldham. The team then began building new brick walls, with steel railings and a black powder finish.

Gill Kelly, Managing Director at M&Y Maintenance and Construction, said: “Projects such as this are important for communities as it keeps homes looking well kept and improves the general appearance of the area.

“We’ve had great feedback from the resident’s so far and we look forward to working with them again in the future.”

As part of the £800,000 project, Regenda Homes’ residents also benefited from new front gates and driveway gates.
