With a dynamic commercial attitude, I deliver growth through diversification, ensuring that our services are customer focused.
I introduced Investors in People and international quality standards to M&Y, supporting the benefits of standardised, quality business practices and first-class people management.
I am proud to be an ambassador for women in construction, local chambers of commerce and a disability coalition. I am passionate about us maintaining relationships with local schools and community partners to promote employability and community engagement and to show people the opportunities available to them in this industry.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and taking care of my family.
Kevin Moses - Director of Operations
I have over 20 years’ experience in the sector, delivering services to various housing associations across the North West. I am responsible for leading all operational departments within M&Y, including responsive repairs and maintenance, refurbishment projects, M&E, grounds maintenance, cleaning and all investment programmes. I manage numerous contracts with various clients, to the value of £20 million annual turnover.
I enjoy being outdoors in my spare time, especially on my motorbike.
Chris Kelly - Head of Responsive Repairs and Voids
I started at M&Y in 1992 as an apprentice joiner and progressed into various supervisor and management roles. I oversee the operations department, including our in-house planning team, fire compliance works, voids and our repairs and maintenance services.
I have a passion for all things sports; I enjoy playing golf and I am a big LFC fan.
John Waring - Head of M&E Services
I have 27 years’ experience in the social housing sector. I deliver £9.5 million in repairs and maintenance contracts, £6 million in M&E contracts and £3.5 million in domestic heating renewals each year. My strengths are delivering programmes to tight deadlines and ensuring that KPI’s, health and safety procedures and customer satisfaction are always attained.
I enjoy playing football with my two sons and playing badminton at weekends.
Ian Phillips - Head of Commercial Services
My background is in quantity surveying and I have worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, leading the delivery of a wide range of projects including healthcare, social housing and private residential house building. Co-ordination and negotiation skills are my strengths, developed through delivering numerous projects and building relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling around the UK with my family; my favourite place is Bournemouth.
Dave Morrell - Head of Health and Safety
I have been working in H&S for over 25 years and I am a Chartered health and safety professional. I manage our business quality management system, ensuring we retain our ISO accreditations. I am responsible for the implementation of our health and safety strategy.
I am an avid Liverpool fan and spend most weekends watching football or taking my children on day trips.
Susan Skelly - Finance Business Partner
I have over 24 years’ experience of working in the housing sector, with 15 years partnering the in-house contractor and asset management functions. I joined The Regenda Group in December 2017 and have supported M&Y budget holders and senior management team to drive value for money and efficiency, ensuring the integrity of the financial performance of M&Y.
In my spare time I like to travel, read and spend time with my family and dogs.
Sean Rothwell - People Services Business Partner
I am a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and have over 10 years’ experience providing HR services to companies across a variety of sectors, including logistics, pharmaceuticals, utilities, engineering and housing. I joined The Regenda Group in 2016 and have worked closely with M&Y’s senior management team in the delivery of new people management initiatives across the company, which are designed to ensure M&Y attracts and retains the very best talent.
I actively seek to promote change and new ways of working and I am committed to ensuring M&Y remains a great place to work.
In my spare time, I am an Everton FC season ticket holder and a keen golfer.
