Pavilion Point is a £1.6 million development in Aigburth, Liverpool, consisting of 14 two bedroom apartments which will be available for shared ownership through Liverpool-based property company Redwing.
Pavilion Point is located on a parcel of land surounded by an existing round, adjacent to residential properties and a care home.
An apartment block previously stood on this brown field site, meaning we had to use various piling solutions to complete the initial foundation stages.
Pavilion Point is a traditionally built apartment building. We used floor to roofline curtain walling, providing plenty of natural light to each of the three communal areas. We used an aluminium box section around the external windows and a mix of external red brick and grey window facades to create a contrast with the lighter render on the bays.
These apartments were built for shared ownership, with almost all sold off plan.
