We built 12 new homes in Rochdale for affordable rent for Regenda Homes in a £2 million project. Properties are a mix of three and four bedroom family houses.
Ramsay Terrace
Ramsay Terrace is a small site located in a residential area of Rochdale, Greater Manchester.
This development comprised 10 three storey, four-bedroom houses and two three-bedroom, two storey houses. The site was split between two small pieces of brown field land, with an access road separating the two.
We worked with our in-house marketing and communications team to create newsletter updates for surrounding properties. We also worked closely with the local secondary school to provide site visits for students, allowing them to look around a live construction development and speak to the team.
