Supply chain opportunities

Supply Chain Opportunities

We want our subcontractors and suppliers to feel like part of our family.

We started out as a family business and we aim to support local companies thrive and grow. Across all our contracts, we aim to use local subcontractors and suppliers at every opportunity.

We have invested in our own Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to procure our supply chain, ensuring fair, equal treatment and a centralised management system that benefits both us and you as suppliers and subcontractors.

We will tender all works packages available via the DPS. Once you have been approved, you will be notified of new opportunities instantly and be able to compete in mini competitions.

Brian Smith, Carpet Corner

“I deliver specialist flooring packages on behalf of M&Y as part of their responsive repairs and voids contracts. One of the things I appreciate about working with M&Y is there is always a friendly voice at the other end of the phone, happy to help.  They really do put the customers first and I see our relationship as a joint approach to ensure their customers achieve high quality service and workmanship.”

Paul Sumner, Pas North West

“We've been working with M&Y as a subcontractor for about 12 months now, and all I have to say are good things. The people, the culture and what the organisation stands for are all fantastic. We hope to develop a long-lasting partnership with M&Y and help them deliver their exciting upcoming construction projects.”

Peter Martlew, Martlew Property Maintenance

“It is great to be in partnership with such a great company. I have been working with M&Y for over 5 years now and have formed a fantastic relationship with the staff. They act as a support network for me, helping me to grow and develop my business, even if this is just by providing some advice over tea and biscuits!”
